I had a terrible experience at Dunkin'. The coffee at 6805 Cantrell Road, Little Rock, AR 72207 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Dunkin' managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
