Favorite place to get my tea and donut when I head to Nogales from Tucson or viscera. Nice people in the drive thru and they are fast and accurate.

It's hard not to like Dunkin/Baskin; favorite chocolate chip ice cream and chocolate glazed donut. However this place never has waffle cones. I would give this place 5 stars if they would have some consistency.

Worst service ever!!! My 4th time coming here and each time they mess my order up completely. Drive through is very very SLOW!!!! I would literally rate "No Stars!!" Waste of time my time & money!

I asked for something specific in my coffee as I normally do. The woman proceeded to ask me what is was again I told her as I thought she didn't hear or understand... she proceeded to roll her eyes at me.

We order our ice cream and we ask for ice cream sandwich with ice cream in it .
We wait 20 minutes in the drive through and we get an Sunday with collie in it . "Excuse me but I asked for the ice cream sandwich not a sunday." I said. She says she can fix it. I say no whatever it's fine just please give it to me we have been waiting 20 minutes. She says we have been waiting 7 minutes . Seven minutes my ass ! We leave .

This Dunkin' Donuts is the absolute worst. The ONLY reason that I ever come here is because quick breakfast choices are almost nonexistent in Sahuarita. They cannot get an order right to save their lives. And the worst part is that it's so simple to get it right too. It's coffee and donuts, it's not very difficult. I don't place complicated orders either.

To give you an idea, in my 8+ months of going here off and on:

I've been given cream cheese that expired months prior.

I've been given countless incorrect orders, including an incident where I was given over a dozen orders of hash browns instead of three.
On my last order, I was given my sandwich on a plain bagel instead of an everything bagel, and my cappuccino was sweetened with either sugar or caramel when I didn't ask for it, and they didn't ask me either! Who puts flavoring in a cappuccino by default?!

They constantly run out of things. Just the other day I asked to order an Everything bagel; they were out. I asked to order some glazed Munchkins; they only had chocolate and jelly. I asked to order a chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles; they only had them without sprinkles. So I was left with an order that consisted of my second and third choices.

This place is an absolute mess, I just wish there were more places to get breakfast in Sahuarita.

Small place but kind workers. Idk if it's a fluke, but my bacons been burnt the past 3 times on my kids breakfast sandwiches. We often order or stuff without cheese and sometimes without egg as well. They seemed a lil taken aback by the request, so maybe the egg &/or cheese helps the bacon not burn? Anyway, coffees good. Place is clean. Employees are friendly.

Totally disgusted with this establishment. Truthfully, they deserve zero stars. Last week, I ordered two donut ice cream sandwiches to go. The store was filled with flies (as usual if you visit in the afternoon). However, the donuts for the sandwiches are not out in the open like the other donuts and the ice cream is behind the glass, so I thought this order would be safe considering the uncleanliness of this store. Unfortunately, when I opened one of the ice cream sandwiches it had an entire rubber glove attached to it!!! My children and I were totally grossed out at this sight and into the trash the ice cream sandwiches went. I called the store immediately and spoke with a manager (who was very apologetic). I was told I'd receive a full refund with no issues. I went to the store a couple of days later to get my money back and was only given a gift card. The manager said that was the best she could do. I called corporate when I got home and according to them I should have received a cash refund given the circumstances. They reached out to the owner on my behalf, but he/she still hasn't called me in the 48-72 hour time span I was quoted. I called corporate again today and they apologized for the lack of consideration of the owner and said they would try to contact him/her again. I have decided to report this issue to the health department. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. THIS PLACE DOES NOT HANDLE FOOD PROPERLY. EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Brand new and great friendly staff! The only part I was upset with, is when they made me a watermelon cake for my birthday . It look more like a melted brick painted pink than a cake!
