Alan and his crew at the FLW Dunkin Donuts are always very nice and helpful! We enjoy coming here for our coffee and donuts!

Never had bad service or a mess up in the drive thru. The inside is clean and nice but isn't overly comfortable. A sofa or comfier sitting area would be nice, but I don't think they want you lingering. WiFi is good. Pastries are decent when fresh. Coffee is always good

I feel like the two grocery stores nearby have better doughnuts that this place. I've tried early in the morning and it hasn't helped. This is only when I'm in a hurry and don't want to get out of the car.

This location is the best one in the valley, yes it gets busy, yes sometimes you wait. BUT the service, employees and Quality of coffee and food is great.
Drinking Dunkin' Donuts for 10yrs and this place is the best hands down.

Never a big fan of the coffee but it was convenient at the time. Customer service was lacking. The person at the drive through window wasnt very friendly or inviting.

What can I say ... this is a typical DD, although the staff had no clue as to any specials, especially when it comes to their bulk coffee. Very disappointing!

Noisy, and serve is not friendly. Manager (lady with short hair) was talking nasty to her team in front of costumers. No wonder they are giving sad service... I go there a lot because it's close to my house, but sometimes I drive extra 8-10 minutes to another dunkin to get better atmosphere when I seat there instead of takeout.
Drive thru is slow also... Urg!

Employees are always rude. They are also super slow. Be nice or be quick!
