I was expecting more from Eagle'S Nest Bistro & Wine Bar. The latte was lackluster, and the service was slow. It's not a place I'd recommend for a quick caffeine fix.

I was unimpressed by Eagle'S Nest Bistro & Wine Bar. The coffee was nothing special, and the ambiance was lackluster. I won't be recommending the 9800 N Summer Hill Blvd, Fountain Hills, Arizona 85268 location to anyone.

Eagle'S Nest Bistro & Wine Bar at 9800 N Summer Hill Blvd, Fountain Hills, Arizona 85268 is a coffee enthusiast's paradise. The attention to detail in their coffee preparation is second to none, and it's evident in every sip. The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe I tried had a bright and floral profile that was simply divine. The attention to detail in every step of the coffee-making process is impressive.

I had a terrible experience at Eagle'S Nest Bistro & Wine Bar. The coffee at 9800 N Summer Hill Blvd, Fountain Hills, Arizona 85268 was burnt, and the staff was rude. My visit to Eagle'S Nest Bistro & Wine Bar was a major letdown. The coffee tasted like it had been left on the burner for far too long, resulting in a bitter and unpleasant brew. To make matters worse, the staff's dismissive attitude left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

Eagle'S Nest Bistro & Wine Bar needs a makeover. The furniture is worn out, and the espresso shots were bitter. Disappointing experience.
