So, I stumbled upon Eagle'S Nest Bistro & Wine Bar in 9800 N Summer Hill Blvd, Fountain Hills, Arizona 85268, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.
