I'm not sure what all the hype is about Einstein Bros. Bagels. The coffee was just okay, and the service left much to be desired. I won't be returning to 306 East Pine Knoll Drive, Building 63, Flagstaff, Arizona 86001 anytime soon.

I had a terrible experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels. The coffee at 306 East Pine Knoll Drive, Building 63, Flagstaff, Arizona 86001 was burnt, and the staff was rude. My visit to Einstein Bros. Bagels was a major letdown. The coffee tasted like it had been left on the burner for far too long, resulting in a bitter and unpleasant brew. To make matters worse, the staff's dismissive attitude left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
