Work right next door and decided to try it out. Had the weekly griddle special and must say was not disappointed. Nice heap of bacon and two huge French toast. Will be going back for lunch. And prices was amazing for what I got. If you are in mesa I would definitely suggest trying breakfast'l or lunch

Price is obscenely low since the students are volunteers and the goal is to teach. The food... oh my! Without a doubt, has been exceptionally delicious every single time!

I'm pleased with such great food, amazing prices, and lovely service. My first time here and experience surpass my expectations. It's now one of my favorite locations for lunch. Thanks EVIT for brilliant creation.

I used to work at bistro 13, and quite frankly this restaurant serves the best food I have ever tasted! This the best job as well :) Bistro 13 taught me efficiency, patience and work ethic. I recommend everyone to try the food!

I really adore this restaurant. I just graduated from EVIT this year (yay! Class of 2018). I have had experience here as a student for the past 2 years. I have worked the cold lines for the salads in my first year of culinary and for my second year I was in the back baking all the wonderful breads and cookies. I will never forget this wonderful place and will continue to visit for lunch when I can. I totally recommend going here. The EVIT student chefs really know what they are doing.

Great food and service. These kids were really on top of everything.... some of those chain restaurants need to learn from these kids what customer service is.

Delicious!!! We enjoyed (my husband and I) a grilled chicken caprese sandwich served with the best homemade potato chips and a house made dill/sweet pickle... Chef Kalfus and his talented student are doing a fabulous job!
