Sadly the Henhouse Cafe has lost one of our family members. Please come in and try one of our Pumpkin Pancakes. All proceeds from the purchase of the Pumpkin Pancake will go to help the family of Darin Crawford pay for all the costs of his Memorial. There will be a donation jar at each location, or if you are unable to make it in, there has been a Go Fund Me page set up as well.

so glad I finally took time for myself and came here for breakfast. Excellent food and service. The lemon blueberry pancake is a must try for everyone. Great comfort food. Keep up the great work!

This place is amazing!! I thing less than perfection. I have been here on multiple occoations. My family and I were there yesterday for Mother’s Day. It was busy, to say the least, yes; however, they did everything they could to be quick and kind. We were seated and our server took our drink order close to immediately. We had a party of 4 plus we ordered an order to go for my brother. We did have to wIt a while for the to go order; however, they were very transparent about the wait and food is so damn good that it’s worth it!



I recommend this place everywhere we go and to all of our friends and family!

The atmosphere was awesome the food was great many choices the menu is very organized the service and how quickly we got our food was top. Overall great first time experience. We will defiantly return.

My wife and I have been here for 2 weekends in a row and both times was absolutely amazing. I legitimately just had the best eggs benedict of my life! Everything else is wonderful as well, even down to the iced tea and impeccable service. This will definitely be a usual weekend spot for us!

My husband, friends and I were in town all week for a wedding. We ate here every morning. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the owner is so personable! We will eat here every time we visit from now on. I see other reviews complaining about the food taking long. They do get busy, but the food is worth the wait and the owner and staff are so friendly that waiting is not a problem. I highly recommend this place.

I hope I am the first review - I was the first check-in, anyway! This restaurant is a great place for breakfast. They have transformed a dark and somewhat depressing space into a vibrant, bright place that feels clean and invigorating.



The coffee was great, no cream needed, and the food was amazing. Clean bathrooms (let's be honest, this is an important one), portion size, friendly staff, and 5 or so handles of beer on tap are all reasons that I will be adding this to my breakfast rotation.

Great place, excellent service and food. Those who claim they had to wait, etc probably should remember that anywhere prior to June is going to be very busy (especially Mother’s Day!) until the snowbirds head out. It’s just a fact of life and this particular location would be heavily used by winter visitors. My Arnold Palmer was perfect!

Great breakfast! We had the chicken and waffles, chicken fried steak and eggs, and crunchy french toast. It was all amazing! Definitely a must-go whenever we’re in town!

Great breakfast place. Good food friendly service huge portions. The chorizo is made in house it's fresh and delicious. West Mesa needs more good places to eat.

Super cute spot for breakfast. This space has been many things, I hope this one sticks! Good food, big portions, great service, reasonable pricing. Clean and airy feeling, nice dog friendly patio seating. It's going to give some other breakfast places near by a run for their money. Good luck Henhouse!

The food at this location was ok. The service was not good at all. I’ve been to the other location and service is way better there. I don’t think I’ll ever go to the Mesa location again. The fact it took 30 min to get my food made it worse

I have been to the Dobson location 3 times. The food is great, however the service not so much. The last 2 times I have been there we waited 40 or more minutes to get our food. People that came and were seated after us and a few, well after us received their food and were finished before we got ours.

Waitress and manager were very nice. Came around 1:pm, and the place was busy! Great food! Will be back! EDIT: Came back again, about the same time. Ordered the same stuff, the same way. This time, the potatoes were burned to the point of not being able to eat, were cold, and we waited 45 mins after we ordered to get our food. Inconsistency and this long to wait for food is unacceptable. Not worth coming back.
