My visit to Illy Espresso Of Americas left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, quite literally. The coffee was served lukewarm, and the staff at the 15455 N Greenway Hayden Loop, Scottsdale, Arizona 85260 location seemed disinterested. I won't be back anytime soon.
