The good folks at Indian Gardens Cafe & Market and Proprietor Daniel Garland, are excited to bring you Garland Coffee Co. We'll be opening our new Roastery space to the public, every Wednesday from 10am - Noon during the month of July.
Head Roaster Dylan Jung will lead you through a Coffee Cupping to explore flavors in numerous coffees, and palate development. Then we will brew coffee by the cup using a pour-over method. If you have questions regarding brewing better coffee a...t home, or anything related to coffee including roasting, there will be time to have your questions answered at the tail end of the open house.

//CLASSIC// Our old #indiangardens sign lives on our patio now. People often wonder how we got our name. When the first Anglo settlers came to Oak Creek Canyon, they found beautiful gardens abandoned by the Native Americans who once lived in the area. The nearby springs were used to irrigate their crops such as the corn and apple trees depicted on this sign. What a beautiful property, the creek running down the back near the outdoor bar area! Covered space for tables and chairs a wonderful space for dancing. The stars in he night sky was glorious!



It was a perfect space for an intimate party, wedding, or get together!

We were in a coffee shop this morning and was recommended to eat here by a local and it did not disappoint! The breakfast burritos (as well as the environment) were phenomenal and the staff was very friendly! If we are ever back in Sedona we will definitely be eating here again.

We stopped in yesterday to look around and liked it, but had already eaten lunch. Following our fantastic visit to Slide Rock State Park today, we went in for lunch on the wonderful back patio. A lovely experience--great food and service in a lovely environment! I highly recommend it!

This place is awesome! Their menu is so fresh and unique and the coffee was the absolute best. We had breakfast there on the way to hike the West Fork Trail and stopped back when we were done for lunch! The staff was very friendly and the service was excellent. Highly recommend ��

The best caprese sandwich I've ever had in my life! Love the atmosphere and the service.

Everyone is so kind and I just wish we had an establishment like this back in San Diego. Will definitely be back next time we visit and can't wait to try the rest of the menu.

Love, love, love this place! The food is out of this world--it is unique, different, healthier and delicious. The garden out back is sublime and I love wrapping myself in an Indian blanket when it's cool out there. There are yummy microbrews on tap and lots of goodies for sale on the market side. Great place.

Local, in-house roasted coffee...some of the best I have had. Great sandwiches, scrumptious sweets and desserts, a selection of gourmet cheeses, sausages, salsas and salads, gluten-free and vegan options, tasty drafts, local snacks and knickknacks to take home, a beautiful garden-like setting on the patio in the shade of Oak Creek Canyon, helpful and cheerful, wonderful staff...this place has it all. A home away from home.

I really enjoy the cafe. The staff their are entertaining and really do a good job. The food is top notch and their pastries are so yummy. I look forward to each time I can drive down from Flagstaff to spend a leisurely breakfast at the gardens.
