Congrats to Andrea Procela! The mother of three works at our Florence restaurant and recently won a flat screen TV. Her name was put in for a monthly raffle drawing, which is based on performance. Andrea has been with McDonald’s for 7 years. The 30-year-old says she thinks of her fellow crew members as family. When she’s not working, Andrea loves watching movies with her kids. That new TV will come in handy, Andrea! Congrats again! #CrewSpolight

Where else are they going to get better, faster, fast food. I wouldn't come here if I wasn't pleased. It's clean, courteous and meets my expectations. I've never since my first visit to McDonald's while in the Navy near Providence RI 1962 to the present been upset with their time of service.

Clean. Crew members all unison. One uniform. Very professional. Just make sure no hairs hung forward. Just fyi.. It might fell into someones food. But aside from that, i just love their uniform. I work at McDonalds & my crew can wear any color so thats a + for yall

The tables were dirty near the play area as usual they were out of hand sanitizer and wipes and they had some random old toy for the kids meal �

Terrible service. They ALWAYS mess up my order and are never apologetic about it. The fries are always cold and they take forever to get through the line.

Please, please tell me how my wife ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal, and one of the darn cheeseburgers didn't even have a PATTY! How do you forget to put a hamburger patty on a cheeseburger? Are you kidding me? Guess it is a good thing we stopped visiting McDonald's, y'all want $15/hr and can't even put a darn hamburger patty on a bun!

I'd give it a 0 if I could. Ordered a large caramel frappe and got a medium with an inch and a half of whipped cream. Great job guys keep up the stellar work.

I really don’t know why I keep going to this location... they NEVER, NEVER get the order right.... NO CHEESE, they even repeat it when I drive up to the window, yet there’s always cheese....
