The only McDonald's I go to is the one in Marana. They are consistent with good food that doesn't make me sick. I can't vouch for any other location

The worse McDonalds I have ever been to. I've given them multiple opportunities to try and exhibit the consistency in service and food quality that McDonalds has built there reputation on. But it just never happens, horribly cold food and unreasonably lengthy wait times. The kids that they hire for Employees have attitudes about having to remake food and shakes and customers are belittled for complaints regarding such terrible service. AVOID this location completely and drive a few exits down the road to the green valley location. The inept children working at this location make this fast food establishment never worth stopping at. Shame on you McDonalds for hiring retards that made this location so useless.

This McDonald's is always busy but never had fresh food. And forget the accuracy screen fur your order. They will place your order correct but whoever they have making it will make how they want it. Or your order is half complete. So go check your food, your order or just skip this McDonald's.

Meat was over cooked(prepared). Still good. Nice location. Next to a gas station and off the highway.

Mcd has the nerve to ask. So here goes. Dried out fries; something tasteless in a bun with catsup and pickles they call a burger. No catsup in despenser; 2 minute wait to get salt and pepper and packaged catsup. Why would a restaurant want to hide basic condiments like salt and pepper and sugar so a person can at least doctor this tasteless goop .In all honesty I can not give a single star to McDs.You asked

They mess up orders consistantly. Service is terrible and they run out of stuff all the time. Absolutely the WORST McDonald's in the state.

Several terrible instances here. Just came inside today for a quick snack and the place was absolutely disgusting. Not one table clean, trash all over tables and floors, the floor was so sticky it literally took my shoe off. They were not busy at all so there was no reason for the lobby to look like this. And about 2 weeks ago I went through the drove through and the girl at the window thought I couldn't see her apparently and decides to pick the wedgie out of her butt with her whole hand down the back of her pants. Freaking awesome. Thanks allot for making one of the only two places to grab food out here completely disgusting.

SPARE YOURSELF! This place has the slowest service I have ever encountered for a "fast food" restaurant. Every time I come here "believe me it's the only place around or I wouldn't" I end up spending on average 30 min in the drive thru, this is with one person in line in front of me. Then when you get up to the window where you're supposed to be handed your food they tell you to pull around and park for another 10 min.

J Adame, I know, right! Even the MANAGER is rude! He was supposed to hand me my shakes, but he just gave me a dirty look, grunted and left. Then the drive-through server asked "May I help you?" Then I said "I would like to speak to the manager, please." Then, the guy that was supposed to give me the shakes came, and guess what, it was the MANAGER! I put the smack-down on him and he said "I was getting something." I think he wet his pants lol.

Came to get some food for my son. Ordered food through drive through the girl that was at this first window was rude, ok dealt with that got to the second made me pull to the side to wait for the food. After a good while the girl came out brought me the food with just the nuggets not the whole meal . She went back inside , I parked to get out of the way of the other 5 cars that was waiting . I went inside so the girl wouldn't have to rush out . When I met her to get the food it still wasn't right ! I mean there were like 10 people behind the counter and not one could get a simple kids meal right ! I'm sure they don't care about these reviews but come on we raised the rate for 10.00 an hour for people that have such bad attitudes and can't even do their jobs right ! I hope management really gets on them soon, if they even care!

Fresh and new building. Very clean inside with friendly people. Good Food served as exact as can be expected.

The slowest drive through I have ever gone through in any restaurant. This is the one thing they are consistent about is how slow it is at any given time. Staff is friendly food is good. for McDonald's.

If you have to go here check your order, twice. Seriously every other if not every visit they screw something up. At least the building and play area are nice.

Today is the last time I will go here. After waiting nearly 10 minutes for them to bring the food out (had me pull around to serve other cars) at home I found they didn't include my fries, one burger had clearly been sitting a while as the bun was rather stale, and the gave me 2 oatmeal and 1 chocolate chip cookie instead of 3 oatmeal. They were not busy by any means. Yes, knowing that they leave something out nearly every time I should have checked before driving away, but the chaos of "starving" toddlers distracted me. But really I shouldn't have to.
