This specific location always gives great customer (as im in the customer srvc profession). My food is always hot, and the 1 single time service wasnt to par (sat in drive-thru and no one took my order) manager fixed that right away with no questions. This my favorite mcdonalds.

Just went thru the drive thru where my teenage son forgot to order my drink. I asked the employee at the 2nd window if I could order a drink. Not only did she get my drink but she wouldn't let me pay for it!!! So sweet of her!!!! Thank you and I'll pay it forward!! #payitforward

Had to go through twice, the first time no one answered the drive thru. Second time, the lady was nice. Service here is hit or miss. Could be better. Wish they were open 24 hours.

Girl at the register was nice. That was the only good thing about the visit. Soda fountain drain was backed up and full of yuck, including dead bugs. Fries were barely warm and old. Ordered a plain burger and it wasn't plain. Took it back and got a new one that came out with a rock-hard bun. Not good.

This McDonald’s has a far way to come. I will not be returning after I go back for a refund tonight. I have been coming everyday on my lunch break. They are extremely slow, out of iced coffee half of the time, and my food order is right about half the time. Cold fries today, no iced coffee so I ordered a sweet tea and got a Diet Coke. Took about 10 minutes to get my order. I’ll Just pack my own lunch from now on. I actually work at McDonald’s on my days off from my main job and I’m so glad that my store runs so much better. At least weactually fix our mistakes. You guys have ALOT to learn. The clarks should be ashamed of their stores. Get it together!!!!!

They sucked they need they ass whooped for selling people raw meat that new Big Mac they have I got it and my meat was red I wish I knew how to upload the photos on here fuckin ridiculous

Mcdonald'S at 2320 W War Memorial Drive, Peoria, Illinois 61614 is my sanctuary. I've lost count of the number of hours I've spent here, sipping on their artisanal brews and indulging in their heavenly pastries. The baristas know me by name, and the warmth of this place keeps me coming back.

I have mixed feelings about my experience at Mcdonald'S at 2320 W War Memorial Drive, Peoria, Illinois 61614. On one hand, the latte was superbly crafted, with intricate latte art that was almost too beautiful to drink. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and the prices were a bit steep. I appreciated the attention to detail in their coffee-making process, but I hope they can work on their efficiency.
