Congrats to Andrea Procela! The mother of three works at our Florence restaurant and recently won a flat screen TV. Her name was put in for a monthly raffle drawing, which is based on performance. Andrea has been with McDonald’s for 7 years. The 30-year-old says she thinks of her fellow crew members as family. When she’s not working, Andrea loves watching movies with her kids. That new TV will come in handy, Andrea! Congrats again! #CrewSpolight

The food was fine but when looking for cream and sugar it was under the counter behind the cash register. I had to wait again to get creamer. Then after I put the amount in it needed one more. Instead of waiting again I just drank it. You saved a few cents this time but I'm reluctant to come back if I have to go to so much trouble for coffee. Also the tables didn't have debris on them but crumbs and sticky on all the tables. I carry wet wipes and had to clean syrup and crumbs off my own table. While we were eating an employee came out and visually checked the tables without a wet towel in hand and went back without cleaning any sticky crumbed table. It was not busy and the employees did not look stressed.

It was just ok. Seemed like the staff was more interested in break time, then help out. The manager was running around doing everyone elses job.

You should really have your hours updated on Google. If something says 24 hours and I travel from surprise to get a burger at 12:30am I shouldn't have to leave disappointed.

We went to this location tonight and ordered 2 happy meals, 1 hot n spicy chicken and 1 double quarter pounder. First of all, we waited in line almost 10 mins to even place order. Then waited another 5 mins to get to the pay window. Then waited another 10 mins to get to the pickup window (there were only 2 cars in front of us). When we got to the window, the employee asked us if we had ordered something completely different then what we had ordered. So we told him what we had ordered, he stared at his screen with a bewildered look �and so we offered him our receipt so he could see what we had ordered. He still had the bewildered look on his face... I asked him if they didn't have the orders on their screen? He said "oh something's going on here".... �ya think??? So after about another 5 minutes he asked us to pull around to the parking space where you wait for orders to be brought out. We sat in the car and waited another 10 to 15 minutes! I was pretty angry by then so I walked into the store and asked for the manager and tried to explain that we'd been waiting there for over 30 minutes for four items. She looked at me with nearly the same bewildered look that the employee at the window had. � She stated that she had no idea that anyone was waiting in the parking spaces for food.....Honestly? Not my problem. I would just like my food and I would like a complete refund because this is ridiculous. She did give me a refund and proceeded to act like she was getting the food ready. I have no idea what took her so long because I waited another 15 minutes at the counter for her to bag up those four simple items that we had ordered!!!



I will also be sending this information to the corporate office. This is completely inexcusable. And to be honest, the manager didn't even act like she cared. And these people want to be paid $15 an hour???? I don't think so!!!

So we were at this "FINE DINING" (using the term LOOSELY) establishment last night and were a little loud. Apparently, 10 paying customers are not as important than the 1 customer. We were told to be quiet as the ONE customer left because we were loud. NO PROBLEM! We had just come from Dutch Bros across the street and purchased snacks at your place of biz...BUT that can and will be rectified....next time we will just head over to Burger King instead!!! PS...you are getting one star because I can't give you NONE!

I would never recommend this place people are way to loud here and nothing is ever done about it. I fine the place not all that well maintained bathrooms and lobby area are hardly ever seen being clean. I am almost certain that a place with a play area is quieter than the one that doesn't have one. I request the music that is played to be turn up to drown out the people being to noisy. I gone respectfully to the people up front to request things like a wet rag to clean where I sit and other things gone to management for same issues tried yelp left bad reviews tried to fine the complaint department through McDonald's website instead I got asked if I was looking about there coffee. And asked how helpful it was. I have to wonder why I keep coming here let alone how to get something that these people can and will listen to so something can actually be done.
