Sisters Reyna and Lupita Gonzales work together at the Cooper & Warner McD's in Gilbert. They are both crew trainers who someday hope to join the management team. Reyna & Lupita were born and raised in Arizona and have two more sisters and a brother. They love to laugh and have fun, and say time at work always goes fast. They've gotten to know their customers well, and their customers know them!

Ask the crew at our 107th Ave. & Olive restaurant and they will tell you, GM Kenny Romero is a great leader. Kenny has been working for McDonald’s for the past 16 years. The Arizona native graduated from Mesa High and currently lives in Phoenix. Kenny says his main focus is on his crew and being better every day. Kenny met his longtime girlfriend at McDonald’s when he was 18. The two have been together ever since! Kenny calls himself a comic book “nerd” and is a big fan of Disney and the Phoenix Suns. Congrats on all your success, Kenny! #PeopleWeek

Gracie Griffith is a Senior at Mesquite High School, and although she's only 17, Gracie is a shift manager at our Cooper and Warner restaurant. Gracie worked hard to achieve a management position and says she strives to give 150% in everything she does. Next up after high school? Gracie plans to attend college and is passionate about studying psychology. Gracie lives in Gilbert with her parents and two dogs. She has 12 siblings, ranging in age from 13 to 30. Steven Saucedo is the type of person you like immediately. The Maya High School grad is a shift manager at our 83rd Ave. & Indian School restaurant. He is not only the nicest person you’ll meet, he’s also super talented! The youngest of four, Steven loves to sing and hopes to pursue a career in music. Steven will be auditioning for The Voice later this year. He says family, friends and colleagues have been a great support system – especially his mom whom he calls his best friend. We’re so proud of you, Steven! Good luck!

26-year-old Valerie Freeman loves taking pictures, especially of nature and landscapes. Valerie works at the 83rd Ave. & Indian School McD's while attending Estrella Mountain Community College. Arizona has some unique McDonald’s restaurants! That includes this one at 27th Ave. & Camelback. There’s no lobby at this McD’s Express. You can walk up to the window or head through one of the two drive-thrus.

Meet 18-year-old Amber Driggers. The 2016 Chandler High School grad works full-time at our Cooper & Warner restaurant. She recently got her very first apartment, and is looking forward to saving money for her first car. Amber is a crew trainer who enjoys her job and the crew she works with. The youngest of 4 kids loves multi-tasking, which makes her great on the grill or in the drive-thru. When she’s not at work, Amber loves to shop, go to the movies, and take bike rides. Great place to hang out on weekends, food is good. There's so much food going over the counter it always seems to be fresh. Far better than a few of the other McDonald's in Arizona.

THAT LOCATION IS THE WORSE MANAGED MCD IN

THE STATE OF AZ.

EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS LATE, THEY NEVER OPEN ON TIME. THEY NEVER HAVE PARFAIT'S READY WHEN THEY OPEN EITHER.

CANT STAND THIS PLACE, WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

10AM THE SIDE DOOR IS STILL LOCKED. IM HANDICAPPED & HAVE TO WALK FARTHER.

NOW YESTERDAY THEY ARE CLOSED, HAVE A 8' TALL CHAIN LINK FENCE ALL AROUND THE PLACE.

MAYBE THE POLICE CLOSED THEM DOWN OR MAYBE THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT...

I will never eat McDonald’s again. Went to the Scottsdale, Az Pavillions location and they served me a moldy burger through the drive through. We’re not talking hidden mold either. I will be telling anyone and everyone about this. Why won’t it let me post a picture?!?! Weird....�
