Congrats to Andrea Procela! The mother of three works at our Florence restaurant and recently won a flat screen TV. Her name was put in for a monthly raffle drawing, which is based on performance. Andrea has been with McDonald’s for 7 years. The 30-year-old says she thinks of her fellow crew members as family. When she’s not working, Andrea loves watching movies with her kids. That new TV will come in handy, Andrea! Congrats again! #CrewSpolight
So, I spend 20 minutes in the drive thru waiting for my order only to be told to go park and wait some more. After 10 minutes, my food is finally delivered to me. I asked the guy if all of my food was there (and I went through the list of what I bought). He assured me it was there. Well, shame on me for not checking because I get all the way home and, of course, no fries!! That's really the only reason I went there to start with!! If you're going to make people wait that long for the food they paid good money for.....make sure it's in the bag!!!! I will drive a few extra miles and go to the McDonald's on Litchfield and I will suggest my friends and family do the same.
So I went to this establishment last night. I have to say I was disappointed and kinda concerned at this visit. I got a number 9 meal...Well the fries and drink were fine. BUT LET ME TELL YOU........The burger was just slapped together. The cheese wasn't even melted on it. Plus it tasted kinda cold. I will be taking my business to the king from now on!
I was so disappointed with my visit today. I normally don't leave bad reviews because I understand that bad days happen but when the food itself tastes as bad as ours did it's more than a bad day! I'm not sure what the issue was but I will be driving further down the road to the mcds on McDowell next time. :(
Worst McDonald's....if they make your food wrong it's your problem. She said she was a manager MELISSA, completely incompatitant ...she needs to be training her employees to make food correctly....her manager needs to train her to not argue with a customer over a 2 dollar hamburger that was made wrong. She wanted to show her power and didn't want to refund. Root cause....here you or employee made it wrong a simple refund and sorry would have been the end of it. But noooo....now I have to call MELISSA out on social media and call her corporate cuz she needs more training to work with customers. And they want $15 an hour....bring the kiosk in and eliminate the attitude .
There must be something wrong with me. I keep coming here hoping for different results but I drive away disappointed more often than not. Is clear, that in this case, automation a better solution than a minimum wage increase. I miss the days when you could get a hot, fresh and fast order from courteous McD employees. I wouldn't have a problem with $15 for those awesome folks.

Slowest fast food location I’ve ever experienced. Gone way downhill the last few years
Service is never good at this one, just went through for ice cream cones and it was the worst ever. Had to ask if anyone was there at the speaker after waiting an inappropriately long time. At the window the girls where obviously too busy goofing out and in their words "switching around" to come to the window. Then they hand out the worst and smallest ice cream cones I have ever seen from McDonald's (picture in comments) and while handing out the girl said "sorry it's so shitty" but she was still willing to serve a customer food thy thought was shitty. We then decided to ask for a refund because it was so bad I just wanted to go elsewhere and they were so confused and asked to remake it (sorry too late, you shouldn't even try to serve food you would call shitty) and when we said no asked multiply times if we were sure we wanted a refund, then shut the window for several minutes and when they came back again asked if they could just remake it and if we were sure we wanted a full refund, I thought that was already clear. It was just terrible! We finally got our refund and went to the McDonald's on Dysart and the cones are 1000% better and the service night and day difference!
Seriously the worst customer service ... over and over again... they either don't listen, don't care or it's every single employee's first day and they mess simple orders up. The 1st time I should've learned.. I had to repeat the order at least 4 times. Get to the window and of course it's still wrong.. get to the second window and she hands me the food and I check the bag and... wrong.... STILL.. I tell her and she does not apologize yells to the back "where's Melissa, I can't deal with this, I'm supposed to be off already" I finally get the right order for the food but I'm still missing 2 drinks. She hands me the drinks and walks away from the window. I look at my receipt for the time I paid and I was in the drive thru for 24 minutes. No cars were in front of me when I paid at the first window and one car behind me.. So tonight I order (very simple 2 drinks) A large hazelnut iced coffee and a large coke. She repeats my order "a large iced coffee and a large coke" I tell her yes a large hazelnut iced coffee and a coke. She then asked what flavor iced coffee. (You've got to be kidding me) I repeat my order yet again hoping it will be a "3rd times a charm" kind of situation. Get to the window and told her thank you when she handed me my change.. No response. Get to the second window and after I get my drinks and again no response to my thank you. I have worked at McDonald's and know customers are jerks sometimes but when the employees keep messing up I can see why.
My dad and I eat at this restaurant M-F everyday, just real easy on the way to work.. We use the app every time. We go in like normal and I order and I have a free any size mccafe, as I scan it she walks away & comes back and I see the total didn’t change, I scan again(they always have to input it cause their machines never work) she said it had been scanned already, I tell her “yeah I just scanned it right now” (like they can go check the cameras) she asked what it was for and I told her it was the buy 5 get one and I had finally got my free one, and read her word for word “CONGRATS YOU HAVE EARNED A FREE ANY SIZE MCCAFÉ” with a line behind me, she tells me no I have to buy 5 and build up to get one free, I continue to let her have my phone to see it clearly says it is my free one. She kept denying me and saying no.. I got so upset I had to shamefully walk out. I still have my free one that she won’t let me use.. anyways they lost customers that spend so much weekly and months there . She also knows her location is so run down , extremely slow, very messy and dirty and rude.. So sometimes when she hands me my receipt she bribes me with free food to give the locations and staff all good reviews on the the survey through the receipt. What a joke, it was so unprofessional and made my father and I so upset...she was the manager /shift leader on duty too..She should have known how the app works. They always have a line out the door , one person working the registers at the counter, but that person is always placing around organizing stuff behind them Nobody can ever get any help. We also dine in each morning and have to try and find anybody to come clean the tables. Not one clean one most of the time. They are also out of tea almost daily . one more thing, as if the list can’t go on... not that I ever get ice cream in the morning but they haven’t had a machine more than a day and a half in probably close to half a year.
My 4 year old son and I went to use the women’s bathroom. The water in the sink was scalding hot, glad I found out first and not my son. He already had soap on his hands so we had to rinse them off in the car with a water bottle. I informed the manager who seemed very overwhelmed with the lunch rush and appeared to dismiss my complaint instantly. Water that hot, no cold water in the sink at all, is totally unacceptable and a danger to the public
Just went to this location to get my free meal that was offered to me since they severely messed up on my order a couple weeks ago. I ordered 2 apple pies with my meal, and was only given 1. I also ordered a Large in sweet tea with extra ice. They messed up on my drink and decided to open the lid and just add ice. The drink was spilling all over me in my car. This was one of the reasons I complained last time! And I tried calling for about 20 minutes with no answer! I do not recommend this location to anyone! Their service is horrible!
If I could rate this any lower I would. 20 minutes for a damn Big Mac with no pickles? Really? This. Location. Sucks.
If I could give you a zero I would everytime I stop at this location they never get the order right even drink orders. And you want $15 an hour ����
I stopped her yesterday, we were stuck at a standstill in the drive thru for about 20 min, ordered 1 iced vanilla coffee. I FINALLY get to the window and get told “we are out of coffee” why not tell me when I ordered? And how the hell are you out of coffee? Doesn’t it take a few min to brew a new pot? So I was like okay, I guess I will do a frape. They were out of every frape except Mocha. So I spent $2 more for that and it tasted horrible. I will not be returning to this location. I could have had a faster order at Starbucks or Dutch Bros and at least taste good. Get your act together at this location.
I ordered a burger thinking it would be fast. It took 10 minutes to get my order. My bun tasted weeks old and my fries were cold and tasted weird. Not returning to this location.
I almost never visit this McDonalds because my orders are almost always incorrect. I went on Saturday, Nov 7 at 14:16, order #196. I ordered a Happy Meal, a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, a Filet-o-Fish, and 2 Sausage Egg McMuffins. My order sat incomplete on the counter for 20 minutes, waiting for the 2 Sausage McMuffins to be completed. When they gave me the order and I felt the other food, I told them I wanted it remade because it was cold. He rudely told me that breakfast takes an additional 10 minutes and next time I should plan for that. So I rudely told him, “Great, I will plan for it next time but it took 20 minutes and I expect my food to be hot. as I am sure you understand your food handling rules and temperatures that must be maintained until it is served.” He took the food, shouted orders to the staff, and my order was remade.
No, still not the end.... As he tosses the tray to me and stomps off I checked the happy meal which was ordered with “ketchup and pickles only”, and of course it had mustard and onions. I waited for him to come back with an attitude and I told him it was incorrect again. He asked, “Where is your receipt?” I reminded him he took it the first time he had to remake my food. His response was, “I don't know what your order number was.” Fortunately, I knew it was order #196 and I assured him he could do a receipt re-print. Did he really think I was making up this error? He did a re-print, read it and yelled at the staff again. Almost 45 minutes later I received a Happy Meal, a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, a Filet-o-Fish swimming in tarter sauce, and 2 Sausage Egg McMuffins. I then asked to see the manager who also had an attitude. I told him about my experience and he never once apologized. He just grabbed my receipt, wrote replace all and scribbled his initials at the top. The was much less than a great experience.
Yep, I’m a glutten for punishment. I went back on Nov. 19th, 16:38, order #278. I ordered the 2 cheese burger meal with ketchup and pickles only, and another 2 cheese burger meal plain. I received one of each correctly and 2 that had mustard and onions. I sat my boys down with 1 cheese burger each, which was correct. I was told by the employee in the red shirt with no name tag, that said I ordered it that way. Really? I would ask for 1 cheese burger on each order a specific way? Obviously mad at the person who took my order, he went over and scolded him. And there I stood.... Waiting..... Observing how dirty the kitchen area was and watching how many orders were coming back incorrectly. I was talking to the lady next to me who waited 20 minutes for 2 McFlurries. He hands me my two cheese burgers and my mistake was I didn't check them until I got back to the table. Well, I got the plain cheese burger correct but, once again, I received one with mustard and onions. So I go back up and waited for the same employee in the red shirt to make eye contact as he ignores me. He finally looked as he couldn't avoid me and said “Now what?” Great customer service skills! I told him that one was still incorrect. He grabbed the burger threw it in the trash as barked at people telling them to make it now. Mind you, there is a group of high school boys from Desert Edge High School right behind me that have been watching the whole transaction as their order is taking forever also. Teenage high school boys could even recognize that this is unacceptable. He handed me the cheese burger and said “I hope you are satisfied this time.”
I hope, as a manager or owner, you are addressing these problems.
Got a large meal and when I got to the window she gives me a medium drink I say excuse me I ordered a large meal that's comes with a large drink she say no the large meal comes with a medium but I guess I can change it to a large drink..me and my wife laughing all the way home. And think minimum wage just went up too 10 bucks
For the last 3 weeks, I've been getting ice cream cones 3-4 times a week. Lately, it's been handed to me as a "blob" with no firm to it. I asked why, they said b/c machine wasn't cycling (or something like that) so I asked if I could wait for it to firm up, she said it'll take quite a while. Another day, I was told they just just filled it. Then today, just now, I asked if their machine was working and gal said yesit is! I was all excited! Lol! I asked, it won't come out as a blob, she said yes cuz it's hot. I said the other 2 stores around here aren't like that, the gal said it's b/c hot, and I said it doesn't mean it should come out of the machine that way. So then she says, that's just how our machine is. I asked, so there's no intentions on getting it fixed? She said it works just fine. Ummm...no it doesn't! So that store won't be getting any of my business anymore.
