I had a terrible experience at Meg'S Civic Center Cafe. The coffee at 3839 N Drinkwater Blvd, Scottsdale, Arizona 85251 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Meg'S Civic Center Cafe managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
