I dropped by Palette Collective in 21455 S. Ellsworth Rd 85142, Queen Creek, Arizona 85142 and had their iced coffee. It was like a refreshing slap in the face – in a good way! The staff was friendly, and the place had a chill, indie vibe. It's a cool spot to caffeinate and people-watch.
