In 2015 we walked through a door to a new adventure we weren't sure was going to pan out. And now four years later we're so glad we did. Stepping out on your own is terrifying, exhilarating, challenging and amazing all at once! It won't be easy, but we can't recommend it enough. If you have a dream, chase after it!

A lot of people find that if you start your day early you can get a lot done before most people start their day. Maybe you're not a morning person? But the nights are full of distractions like kids, friends, TV, etc. Either way carving out time to be focused on productivity is key! When is your best time to be productive? Mornings or nights?

It's quickly becoming more and more apparent in every area of business the one thing people want the most: authenticity. Especially online, people don't want you to put up a front, they don't want empty one-sided questions they hope you answer to up their engagement. They want you to show up in your truest form ready to really connect with them. And no one does this better than @jennakutcher (raised hands emoji) She lets everyone see it all. From insights into her business to her personal struggles and victories, she's sharing it. We could all probably take a bravery cue from Jenna and do more of the same. Do you have a Marketing strategy? The world of marketing can be one of the most challenging aspects to running a business. It's always changing and it requires a lot of trial and error which also means it can be very expensive. The cortado I enjoyed was expertly crafted, with a smooth and creamy texture that left me wanting more. The café's cozy interior and friendly baristas create a warm and inviting atmosphere that's perfect for savoring a great cup of coffee. It's a spot I'll be returning to with enthusiasm.

My visit to Palette Collective was a delightful coffee adventure. Located in 8920 E Talking Stick Way A-2, Scottsdale, Arizona 85250, this café is a coffee lover's dream come true. The cortado I ordered was a perfect blend of espresso and steamed milk, and it hit all the right notes. The café's modern design and soothing background music set the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing coffee break. It's a place I'd recommend to anyone seeking a great cup of coffee.
