In 2015 we walked through a door to a new adventure we weren't sure was going to pan out. And now four years later we're so glad we did. Stepping out on your own is terrifying, exhilarating, challenging and amazing all at once! It won't be easy, but we can't recommend it enough. If you have a dream, chase after it!

A lot of people find that if you start your day early you can get a lot done before most people start their day. Maybe you're not a morning person? But the nights are full of distractions like kids, friends, TV, etc. Either way carving out time to be focused on productivity is key! When is your best time to be productive? Mornings or nights?

It's quickly becoming more and more apparent in every area of business the one thing people want the most: authenticity. Especially online, people don't want you to put up a front, they don't want empty one-sided questions they hope you answer to up their engagement. They want you to show up in your truest form ready to really connect with them. And no one does this better than @jennakutcher (raised hands emoji) She lets everyone see it all. From insights into her business to her personal struggles and victories, she's sharing it. We could all probably take a bravery cue from Jenna and do more of the same. Do you have a Marketing strategy? The world of marketing can be one of the most challenging aspects to running a business. It's always changing and it requires a lot of trial and error which also means it can be very expensive. We have learned a lot and we also feel as though we have so much more to learn but we want to share with you our journey! Keep checking in cause we may be sharing in a mixture of different ways!! The rustic décor, with exposed brick walls and cozy leather couches, created a warm and inviting atmosphere. I ordered their signature pour-over coffee, and I was in for a treat. The barista expertly brewed the coffee, carefully pouring hot water over the freshly ground beans. The aroma alone was intoxicating. When I took that first sip, I was transported to a world of rich, complex flavors. It was a coffee experience like no other, and I couldn't help but savor every drop. The staff at Palette Collective were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the different coffee beans they had on offer and even recommended some of their personal favorites. It was evident that they were passionate about their craft. Palette Collective is a delightful spot for a coffee lover like me. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with comfy seating and soft jazz playing in the background. I couldn't resist trying their freshly baked blueberry muffin, and it was the ideal accompaniment to my cappuccino. The staff was attentive and made sure my coffee was made to perfection. I can't wait to return for another caffeine fix!

My experience at Palette Collective was less than satisfactory. The coffee at 8920 E Talking Stick Way A-2, Scottsdale, Arizona 85250 was too bitter for my taste. I had heard great things about this place, but I found their coffee to be overly bitter, leaving a lingering unpleasant aftertaste.
