I like Panera bread, but I'm not find of this location (Oro Valley). It's not very clean and the food is bland.
No crowd at around 1 pm on a Monday. Order was correct. Food was hot and fresh as expected.
Gosh, don't know what happened at this store. Within a month their fresh, delicious meals went to rotten, wilted, and burnt.
Plus, I can't sit in a booth in the dining area because the plastic/vinyl seats are cracked and pinch my legs.
Staff is pretty good. Food is decent. Drive thru takes a while.
Last visit , I was given someone else's order. When I called to ask for my money back, they asked me to go back to the store instead of crediting me over the phone. :(
Usually this isn't a bad place to eat, even though they can be a bit pricey. However, I made the mistake of going there at 8:00 at night. Half of the staff seemed unfocused, standing around and complaining about wanting to go home and closing early, even though the place was still pretty busy. Complaining in front of customers and ignoring co-workers call for assistance. They were out of almost everything, no sourdough bread, no soup, and a tub of their signature sauce went missing? I just wasn't very impressed with most of the staff on hand.
You call that a panini? If you're from the mid-west and love Panera, you might want to skip this one in Oro Valley. I ordered the Pick 2: a cup of baked potato soup and and ham & swiss panini. After a 20 minute wait I got a regular sandwich (see photo) and a cup of soup that looked like it had died in the window for 19 of those 20 minutes. Add a bag of chips and a drink, that's 12 bucks. I added a bearclaw which was dry and crumbly. It may have come from the dollar store, because 99 cents is about what it was worth. There are about 2000 other restaurants in Tucson, spare yourself the aggravation and pick one of those.
I work out in Green Valley and they delivered my catering order on time and everything was perfectly packed and the food was very good.
Excellent for meetings! WiFi, great food, a little pricey but always good. Relaxing place!
Good place to work for several hours. Food and service are ok. But I mostly go for the comfy seats, fast Internet, and lively atmosphere.
Great restaurant, the place is new and is very clean, the food is pretty good, and it's a very inviting place to go eat and/or study.
Very clean environment and the staff is friendly. The prices are good too
I was very pleased. y'all got bomb Mac n cheese & iced caramel lattes. Bill made our visit worth the 5 stars, he was great.
however there was no pepper packets for my mac, that was a sad face
