The bakery/restaurant is very clean, the prices are reasonable,l the staff is cheerful and efficient. The perfect place to stop at 6am and enjoy a large cup of coffee and a muffin for $5. In one minute you can be on the 101 in either direction.
As of 12/04/17 signage in front is Paradise Bakery. Almost drove away. It's moving to nearby new location soon.
It will be interesting to see how the building comes about. The traffic around here from the morning on and into lunch is just horrible. The food is pretty straight forward nothing that really cuts the whistle going but good enough to come back. I do like the variation on the different bagels and cream cheese but the choices are more on the East Coast.
Stopped in for breakfast at 9:30. They said they weren't doing souffles so we ordered ham and cheese breakfast sandwich. The eggs were like rubber and it was so bland we couldn't finish. To add insult to injury, the coffee was weak. Loved this place when it was Paradise Bakery. The staff said they were moving to a new building so maybe we'll give it one more try then...but I doubt it!
Not only were they rude when we ordered, but they gave us the wrong meals. When we turned in the bagel and panini, the woman looked annoyed and didn't even make an effort to apologize to us. They brought the food to our table and forgot one meal. At this point we were annoyed so my sister went over and asked for a refund of the chicken walnut sandwich they failed to give us. Again, they were flat and very annoyed with her. So, Panera people , take a course in hospitality and kindness because as of now you are all lacking it.
Slow, slow service. Totally disorganized! Dry bread. Not worth the wait! Run away!!!!
110% better service and better quality of food since my last visit. Carla is an amazing manager. Keep up the great customer service and outstanding food quality.
Just discovered you can trade the bag of chips for a cookie when you buy a sandwich. Previous visits they told me I couldn't do that but Taylor assures me it is so. From now on I try to come here when Taylor is working. Love the chicken walnut sandwich on molasses bread and a chocolate chip cookie.
Disappointed they got rid of the Southwest chicken Caesar salad. They still have all of the ingredients, but won't make it anymore. I'm not a fan of their seasonal menus and am really going to miss Paradise Bakery. It's a shame they decided to convert them into Paneras.
Service by the young staff was less than helpful. My order was charged incorrectly then I didn't get the right food or extra item I was charged for. So much for a good, quick breakfast. The other location in Scottsdale will be the only one I go to from now on. Good thing there is a Wildflower located in this shopping center.
Service was amazing, I loved a sandwich on the old menu, the manager had no problem having them make it. She even raved about how it was her favorite! This is the best Scottsdale location.
The old Paradise Bakery charm and quality is gone. Ever since the Panera conversion, the place simply hadn't lived up to its old level. Mediocre sandwhich selections, worsening/cheaper salad ingredients and a decrease in quality of baked goods and soups has reduced this place from a 4 out of 5 to barely a 2.
The service at this location is great. I recommend getting the orange muffin, it is fantastic.
Services with a smile.... This location is tucked away but worth visiting, the food is good, but the service is great.
