I was underwhelmed by Ribbons Tea House. The latte was lackluster, and the pastries were dry. The overall experience left much to be desired.

So, Ribbons Tea House in 111 West Honeysuckle Street, Litchfield Park, AZ 85340 – it's a bit of a hit and miss. The mocha was A+, but the Wi-Fi was a solid F. I had better luck connecting with my imaginary friend than to their network. Come for the coffee, but bring your own hotspot.
