Rise N Dine Cafe at 13215 West Desert Rock Drive, Surprise, AZ 85374 is my new caffeine sanctuary. The pour-over I tried was brewed to perfection, hitting all the right notes. The café's rustic charm and dim lighting make it a cozy hideout. The staff here is so passionate about coffee that they practically recite love sonnets to every bean. I'm hooked!
