Unfortunately, my recent visit to Starbucks left me with a sour taste in my mouth. The coffee was served cold, and the lack of hospitality at the 3300 N. Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85251, United States location was disheartening. I won't be giving it a second chance.
