I had a terrible experience at Starbucks. The coffee at 5905 W Olive Ave, Glendale, Arizona 85302 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Starbucks managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
