The dude with short somewhat curly hair has excellent customer and he seems to be the guy who has been there longest. He gets the five stars for being friendly and personable. Most of the other employees are pretty good but I try to deal with him and the other guy with long hair too be sure my experience is always good. Besides that I've always gotten good drinks here and if it's not exactly what I want they have done a good job in making it better. Thanks to all the staff!

This is my local 'bucks that i hit up EVERY morning. It's a very well managed & well-run Bucks. its open hella early which is great.

On account of some of the good people that I've seen work here, I'm giving this a 3 star (without them, it'd be much lower). Lately, though, I've had messed up drinks and poor customer service.
The last three times I've been here, I've had problems where I ordered a kid temp steamer (non-caffeinated steamed milk) and it wasn't kid temp, but hot enough to burn my toddler's mouth. I was shocked the last time this happened because I specifically mentioned the previous incidents. Despite that, the order was still messed up (I caught it and had it fixed, but still...).
On a minor note, I was also charged extra for something that I was told I wouldn't be charged for because I was substituting pumps. I picked up the receipt and there was an extra cost that I was told wouldn't be there. I'm guessing this wasn't deliberate, but I went back later to ask for some whip cream in one of my drinks and it felt like I was ignored for some time while the barista was making a drink. No words of, "I'll be with you in a sec," but flat out not even glancing my way.

Great service, drinks are always good. My only issue with this location is the drive thru. If you end up there at the 8 o'clock rush, you'll probably be in the middle of the parking lot in a make do line.

I went today, and I was dissatisfied. We drove to the window, because we heard nothing from the speaker. The lady at the window automatically opens the window and says "you didn't order anything", the tone of her voice was the worst. After giving her our order, she returns a drink that I've ordered many times at different locations, and never was dissatisfied with. It looked as if it was abruptly made and the green macha wasn't blended into my drink. The drink itself wasn't the disappointment, but I do wish customer service was in the center of this locations priorities.

Don't ever order the PokeMon Frap. Nasty!!! Employees totally cool and made my a way better one. Great customer service.

Fast, friendly service. They even gave my dog a treat when I went throught the drive through. I always make sure to stop at this Starbucks when I'm visiting family on this side of town.

Been going here for years close to my place. Never had any complaints. If an error occurred. They were wiling to go out of there way to make it right. Great customer service. And I Alway tip em good for working Xmas day. Keep up the good work.

Very chill place to relax. Clean and quiet with attentive staff. I like to come here while I wait for my dog to get groomed nearby.

They don't listen to you on your order. They will actually repeat word for word what you asked for. But will and actually get tour order wrong. Last week i had to drive through THREE times to have the girl get my drink right. God forbid your diabetic and they don't get you a sugar free drink. Yeah thats happened before. Had to go to a new Starbucks that trains their employees better.

Best Starbucks in mesa. Great service, friendly staff, good food and drinks. Is usually busy though- but that's only because it's such a good location!
