There are many regular customers that come in here, they are all known by name and drink. The drinks and food are also made as quick as they can be.

Worst Customer Service. As soon as we walked in they said to each other "we aren't severing coffee anymore" and then laughed afterwards.. as I was ordering I asked to reload my card she said "let's do that first next time" rudely while rolling her eyes.. Will not come to this location.

I usually don't visit Starbucks due to what it does to my tummy but decided to come in this time to try the Pumpkin spice latte. Pumpkin spice latte was good I must admit but the greeting was not so much. The attitude from the cashier/barista (Tina) was kind of dry. Not very welcoming. I will visit Starbucks again sometime in the future but not this one. 😒

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Starbucks left me with mixed feelings. The coffee was served cold, and the lack of hospitality at the 10030 W McDowell Rd #160, Avondale, AZ 85323, USA location was disheartening. I won't be giving it another chance.
