This Starbucks locations is great! Their fast, very accurate on their drinks and I've never had a problem with my orders! The staff is excellent! :)

They don’t have long lines. They get your drinks out really fast. And their coffee taste GREAT!!😁❤️

The Star bucks here is a very good , they are soo friendly and fast, and she always MIxes it at the end, so that my mocha isn't all chocolate!!

I don't understand the negative comments. I had a very pleasant experience. The window barista had an Air Force Mom insignia on her apron. My son left for the Army last week and I appreciated that emblem. Starbucks always is a feel good place for me. Life is hard enough folks. Lighten up.

Hi! The nicest thing just happened to me thought I would share! I went through Starbucks drive through and when I got to the window the girl said that the woman in front of me paid for my drink! What an unexpected nice treat! It made my day! So I treated the car behind me, paying it forward is a good thing in a time when we forget that there are some really nice people out there! So pay it forward today, make someone's day!

Excellent employees! Had an employee who paid my remaining change total through tips! She is the best!!! Will definitely be tipping when I see her again!!

This is one of the slowest Starbucks I've been to. Also, every location should probably get rid of the vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Most of the time it tastes like bitter coffee with straight up half and half instead of vanilla sweetened heavy cream. Total rip off. When it's made right it's my favorite drink on the menu. But most of the time it's awful, I end up throwing it out and wasting $5

The only reason it's not a 1 is I don't hate anything but it was slow and horrible. My daughter had to reorder her drink because I guess they forgot to make it. The lady making drinks wasn't calling out names so everyone had to check their cups on the counter. I liked looked over mine 3 times because the name on the Cup was "Lee". When they finally made my daughters drink it was wrong. I avoid this Starbucks usually and now I remember why.

Took forever to finally get our drink out, they screwed up our drink atleast once, and we aren't the only ones they screwed up with, there were atleast 4 others behind/in front of us that had to deal with this. Id recommend driving the extra mile to the Gilbert location for friendly, good, quick service.

This is seriously the slowest Starbucks EVER!! I've never had to wait in a drive through lane that takes 30 minutes!!!! Get it together!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff at this location is very nice, but the wait time is out of hand. I mentioned it to the gal at the window and her response was "yeah we hear that a lot". Perhaps the manager of this location should figure out and address the problem. I waited for 20 minutes and when she went to give me my drinks it was the completely wrong order. "Oh someone else grabbed the order and it was missed". So you're telling me that someone took and order and didn't do anything with it?? Do they not care if the customer is unhappy because they know it's the only convenient location in this area?? The drive thru has always been slower than every other location I have been to, but waiting for 20+ minutes when I'm trying to get to work is not good. Not good at all!

Slowest most unprofessional Starbucks ever. Not sure why I keep going here. I would rather drive out of my way then continue going here for convenience. The employees are incredibly slow and spend more time chit chatting amongst themselves than actually working.

Idk why this location is always take so so so long when u order a drink. Plus always something wrong with the drink, they never get my orders right
