I had high hopes for Stellar Joe Coffee, but it fell short of expectations. The coffee was bitter, and the service was slow at the 15029 N Thompson Peak Pkwy, Ste B111, Scottsdale, Arizona 85260 location. I'm not sure if I'll be returning.

So, I ventured into Stellar Joe Coffee in 15029 N Thompson Peak Pkwy, Ste B111, Scottsdale, Arizona 85260, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.

Let me tell you about Stellar Joe Coffee at 15029 N Thompson Peak Pkwy, Ste B111, Scottsdale, Arizona 85260. Their cortado was like a tiny cup of pure coffee joy. The café had a laid-back, beachy vibe with surfboards on the walls and reggae tunes playing. Perfect spot to unwind with a brew.

I popped into Stellar Joe Coffee for a quick pick-me-up, and their cold brew did the trick. The place has this artsy vibe with local artwork on display, which I totally dig. The barista was also super friendly and made my day!
