I stumbled upon Stellar Joe Coffee in 15029 N Thompson Peak Pkwy, Ste B111, Scottsdale, Arizona 85260 while exploring the neighborhood, and I'm so glad I did. Their pour-over coffee was legit. It had this rich, earthy flavor that hit all the right spots. The café itself had this rustic charm, like a cozy cabin in the woods. I'll definitely be making this my regular coffee spot.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Stellar Joe Coffee left me underwhelmed. The coffee was lukewarm, and the ambiance felt sterile. It lacked the charm I look for in a coffee shop. I hope they work on improving the quality and warmth of their service.
