The service was nice but my latte was watery and the bacon egg and cheese muffin I ordered was so small and clearly reheated inside a little package. It was heated so much that the cheese EXPLODED inside the package, it was very slimy,and it was too hot to eat for a while. Definitely feel like I didn't get my money's worth.

the price of the Large cold tea for the size of the cup was really a bad value for a repeat customer, Starbucks give you a 32 oz tea for that same price. It was good but I felt I paid for a sip of a drink. It was gone within a second I felt. I will be back but will think about what I spend next time and size too. Sad!

Very poor, me and my friend Dana were there Saturday night to watch the local talent perform and were asked to leave cause we didn't want to drink coffee at 7pm at night, we were there as support for our friend who was performing.

Super disappointed with the customer service (or lack there of) that I just received while going through the drivethru. The lady who took my order was incredibly rude when I told her that the sweetened tea I ordered wasn't sweet. She looked at me and kept saying "no" and then finally asked if I wanted it sweet. I replied yes and she took my cup, gave it back to me, and said there ya go. I drove off, took a sip, and there is still no sweetener. It's not even worth driving through again to ask for a 3rd time if they can make it right and I certainly won't waste my time coming back to give them a second chance. Also, I literally just paid $3.00 for an entire cup of ice. What a waste.
