WHO WE ARE
We are Clay & Jen, an energetic and passionate husband and wife team from Chandler. We identify as foodies, struggling minimalists, sports fanatics, animal lovers and vegans.

We both grew up in family businesses, and as adults we have a combined 35 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry. We believe in entrepreneurship with a heart. We partnered in a chocolate franchise together two decades ago, and operated a business in Chandler for 9 years. We want to not only make our mark on Chandler with Kind Bean, but give back to your community and our home.

Our experiences both in business and life brought us to the creation of Kind Bean- a full service coffee house featuring organic coffee, specialty cold drinks, and a cafe with amazing vegan options including quick service breakfast, lunch, baked treats, gourmet chocolates and soft-serve ice cream.

We believe in hospitality in every aspect of life. Here you'll meet friendly faces and experience excellent, authentic customer service in a setting you can consider an extension of your living room.
