About Thirty-Thirty Coffee Co.
Downtown Peoria's first ever traditional style coffee shop and micro-roasterie
Thirty-Thirty Coffee Co. Description
thirty-thirty Coffee Co. is obsessed with the pursuit of high quality coffee beverages, unprecedented presentation, knowledge, and passion along with a love for the local community, culture, and education.
We are located in Peoria's historic Anheuser-Busch /Kickapoo building downtown on the corner of Main and Glendale. Our beautiful brick building, with our dark hard-strand bamboo wood floors, and exposed I-beams helps parallel our desire to serve coffee and espresso beverages in traditional styles with a focus on quality and attention to detail. Traditional just means we serve our drinks the way they were originally meant to be served and enjoyed. . . with a focus on quality rather than quantity.
You can view our menu by visiting http://thirty-thirtycoffee.com. We also serve high quality loose-leaf tea, fresh fruit smoothies, and have a variety of bottled drinks and juices.
Most all of our ingredients are made ourselves or come from local businesses. For example our chocolate sauce for our mochas and hot chocolate is made ourselves, as well as our vanilla syrup and our honey for our cafe miels is from Mackinaw Valley Honey.
All of our coffee comes from specific regions in the world from farmers and co-ops who are not only paid fairly but have a whole industry of coffee professionals working towards a better quality of life for them and their product.
We provide Peoria with it's first ever taste of what is called "Origin Roasting". This is where each particular coffee is roasted specifically and carefully to bring out the flavor profiles desired by the farmer and region each come from. We don't use any computerized methods just our senses and knowledge of each particular coffee. It's truly an art and all of our roasting is done on site inside the cafe. We also wholesale to local cafes, restaurants, and businesses.
All of our coffees are served fresh, from seed to cup, using unique hand crafted methods ranging from the standard drip method to pour-over's and french press, grinding the coffee just before serving to ensure absolute freshness.
We are super stoked to be able to provide Downtown Peoria with a fun, unique, and safe environment that is much needed in the area. We are now open so come check us out!

Just so you know, our current signature latte is housemade candied almond. It tastes like going to the mall in 1984 with your parents and them buying you a bag of candied nuts so they could look at whatever adults went to the mall for.

In case you haven’t heard: The Rosemary Lavender Latte is back and you DO NOT want to miss it.
MEET YOUR PEEPS: Kenny may seem cool and collected, but behind that calm exterior lies a chatty jokester with a genuine spirit. So talk about anything and everything! He is also an avid enthusiast of faith, music, poetry, coffee, musical instruments, and local shops/events so you won’t run out of topics or things to do, trust us. Since starting at Thirty-Thirty he’s been known for working hard and always lending a helping hand as well as generating a little bit of chaos and real conversation
PRO TIP OF THE DAY: A lot of you love the French Press, which totally makes sense, it’s a way to manually brew and still make it through your morning routine. The French Press Generally yields a stronger, more full-bodied cup. Use 31g fresh ground coffee per 453g (16oz) French Press. The grind should be about the coarsest setting your grinder will allow, unless you are using a blade grinder. If this is the case, throw it away and buy a burr grinder.
Grind your coffee and plac...e into French press beaker Set beaker onto scale and tare Fill beaker with 198-205 degree water to 453g Start timer for 4 minutes After 1 minute, gently stir grounds at top of press Place plunger on top to maintain heat After 4 minutes, quickly scoop off top layer of grounds Plunge, pour into mug, and enjoy!

MEET YOUR PEEPS: This is Daniel - Co-Owner, Roast Master, Trainer, and Storyteller. In addition to his love of coffee and The Godfather, he is an avid woodworker (he’s actually pretty talented in that regard). He’s a huge Michigan college football fan and has one hell of a palate for beverages and food. If you see him in the shop stop him and say hello.
HOLIDAY HOURS: We are OPEN today from 6 am-2 pm. Come in and enjoy.
fantastic selection of espresso options and lovely pour overs that will dance spryly across the paleontological canvas of your tongue. truly lifting and invigorating notes, digging up sensations i hadn't experienced in a cup o' joe as of yet. you won't be disappointed if your an enthusiast for the finer beans in life!
We were up in the Peoria area a couple weeks ago. We like visiting different coffee shops when we travel. So my son did a search and Thirty-Thirty Coffee popped up. We went to try it and loved it! We liked it so much that we went back again the following morning. One of the staff remembered us and asked if we'd like the same thing. Great customer service. Great coffee. Great atmosphere.
Today was my very first time here. I had hears about it but hadn't made it there yet. The staff were very helpful in helping me decide what I wanted. The coffee was delicious and their prices are reasonable. Everyone was very friendly and with two peoria locations it's easy to get some great coffee. I will definitely be back. Thank you for helping me!
This was such a neat coffee shop! My husband and I live 4 hours away and found it on a whim. We loved the atmosphere and both decided this shop needs to be on the corner of a busy New York street from the looks to the taste! The staff was kind and friendly and we will be coming back for another great cup!
This was my first time here. I love the cool comfy vibe of the place. My plain latte had fantastic coffee flavor with good milk consistency. I'll be sure to drop in whenever I'm in Peoria again.
This shop is definitely one of the better shops. They roast on site, so the beans are fresh. And they clearly are letting the beans speak for themselves, without over roasting them. Their Barrista's really know what they're doing with the espresso machine, weighing the portafilter and timing their pulls to ensure repeatability and great results. I love going in there and getting a house shot and taking some beans home to brew at home. It's all good.
Simply the best coffee shop in Peoria. I moved to Iowa City a few years ago and have always judged every coffee shop I’ve been to in Iowa to Thirty-Thirty. They’ve all fallen short.
SOOOOO so so good! The staff is super friendly and helpful! As a first time customer here, the staff was super sweet and helpful and telling me about the types of coffees they had to offer, and what they recommended was amazing! I was in town for a conference this past weekend and made a stop here almost every day. It was absolutely wonderful and the coffee was delicious!
Side note: the latte art was so cute!
Of all the things I miss about Peoria, this coffee shop is at the top of my list! Simply the best atmosphere, amazing coffee, and wonderful employees! There's no place like it!
My family and I stopped in while passing through Peoria and we were not disappointed! The staff was incredibly nice and gave me a rundown of everything they offered. My husband had an iced Miel latte, I got drip, and my kids got hot chocolate. It was all delicious! If I ever find myself back in the area, I'll definitely be back.
My all time favorite place to grab a cup of amazing coffee and hang out with friends, do homework, or read a good book. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and always give good suggestions for when I want to try something new
Just left with a root beer latte and it was phenomenal! This was my first time trying the one on Main St. Your employees were all super sweet and made me want to come back along with the amazing coffee. Keep doing what you’re doing!
If I could give 10 stars, I would. This coffee shop has never failed to amaze me. I've been a frequent visitor since my good old Bradley days, but this week they went above and beyond my expectations!
Unfortunately, my car was broken into and along with many personal items was a gift card my cousin had purchased for me recently that had been stolen. I called 3030 on the morning after and yesterday I received a phone call from haly at the 3030 downtown. I explained the situation and although I didn't think anything could be done, I was laughing at how sad I was to lose the gift card!
Haly looked into it and called me back, shortly. Although I had told her there was about 22 dollars left on the card she explained that a new gift card would be waiting for me at 3030 for 25$ to remind me that "not all people suck"
I will forever be grateful because I was starting to think many people did suck. you truly helped me get out of my rut, haly!
I will always be a 3030 fanatic, even more now. Know that your act of kindness did not go unnoticed, and I will find a way to pay it forward! You guys seriously rock!
I love this place. I had my last first date here 5 years ago. The coffee is top notch and atmosphere is on point.
I don't drink coffee but come in often with my husband or to grab him something. He loves the coffee and says it has great flavor (I take his word for it). I do love the smell of coffee though. Everyone is always friendly and knowledgeable about the coffee they are serving and always willing to take s few minutes to describe them to me (who knows nothing!). Highly recommend
I am from Saskatchewan Canada but come down to Peoria a few times a year to visit in-laws. Every time I visit I make sure to stop by thirty thirty! The best coffee shop I have ever been too! They actually care about coffee and carefully craft everything with precision! The cold brew I had today was excellent! I appreciate coffee shops like thirty thirty!
BY FAR my favorite coffee shop! I love love love going there! They have the best coffee and a great atmosphere to do homework, chat with a friend, or just hang out. Go check it out! You won't be disappointed!
I've never had a less than wonderful experience at Thirty-Thirty. The same can not be said for yesterday. The coffee was amazing as always. The barista however needs to use her outside voice. Apparently my coffee had been ready for a while, but I had not heard my name called. It is a big space and to hear your name being called is difficult when you add overhead music and others conversations into the mix. And the look on her face when I walked up and asked if that was for Christine, was not nice at all. I left feeling very irritated by the reaction of the barista. I had witnessed this before when she was in the same role as yesterday. She needs to speak up or have someone else yelling names for her.
I will be back, just thought I'd share my thoughts and experience.
Coffee was cold and not what I expected at all.people were friendly but it kind of sounded a little fake.don't.think I'll go back anytime soon.I guess expected something else.it seemed to be a rather boring place.its drab and a little chilli that day
