If you're ever in 5450 E High St Ste 115, Phoenix, Arizona 85054, you've got to check out Torch Cigar Bar. Their cortado was a tiny cup of espresso perfection. The café had a cozy, European café vibe with sidewalk tables and acoustic guitar tunes. A romantic spot for coffee and conversation.
