I had high hopes for Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but it fell short. The coffee tasted bitter, and the slow service at the 2815 W Peoria Ave Ste 107, Phoenix, Arizona 85029 location left me frustrated. I'm uncertain if I'll return for another try.
