I was underwhelmed by Watermill Express. The coffee failed to impress, and the ambiance was lacking at the 35th Ave and Thunderbird, Phoenix, Arizona 85029 location. I won't be recommending it to friends.

So, I checked out Watermill Express in 35th Ave and Thunderbird, Phoenix, Arizona 85029, and it was a rollercoaster ride. The mocha was top-notch, but the Wi-Fi was slower than a tortoise on a tea break. If you're here to work, better bring your patience and a good book.
