So, I dropped by Z-Cafe at 1245 W Baseline Rd, Mesa, Arizona 85202, and their cappuccino was a frothy delight with a perfect coffee-to-milk ratio. The café had a vintage, 1950s diner vibe with red leather booths and classic rock playing. It's a coffee time machine.
