So, I ventured into 1997 Cafe 港式西餐 in No.160 1701 Lundy Ave, San Jose, California 95131, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The caf√© had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
