I had high hopes for 2051 Cafe, nestled in the heart of 2051 Palomar Airport Road, Carlsbad, CA 92011, but left feeling underwhelmed. The ambiance was promising, with local art on the walls and a live band setting up. However, the coffee, which should be the star of the show, was mediocre.
