My visit to 210 Cafe was marred by disappointment. The coffee tasted bitter, and the pastries were far from fresh at the 210 West Center Avenue, Visalia, CA 93291 location. I'd advise looking elsewhere for your coffee fix.

So, 210 Cafe in 210 West Center Avenue, Visalia, CA 93291 – it's a bit of a hit and miss. The mocha was A+, but the Wi-Fi was a solid F. I had better luck connecting with my imaginary friend than to their network. Come for the coffee, but bring your own hotspot.
