Had the grilled cheese with tomatoes and it was delicious! Finished it off with an amazing brownie. The bakery is so delicious! You would never guess it was gluten free!

When your daughter with a wheat allergy is feeling treat-deprived, this is the place to come. Great gluten free dessert selection (among other things). When we are visiting San Diego, we try to make a stop here.

The breakfast food was okay, not great. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. There are very few places that I can eat safely at with Celiac Disease so I may try here again.

The first good meal I've had while visiting, couldn't be happier to find this cafe that caters to gluten free as well as dairy free options that are actually good. Omlet was so yummy I wish I could fit it all in my belly. Love the bakery items gluten and dairy free muffin choices 🙏🏼Wonderful food fresh and tasty I will be coming back a bunch while I'm in town. Thank you so much for a great experience you guys 💕

Great stop on our road trip! I'm GF and can't have eggs or dairy so they made me up a custom meal with their vegan bread and substituted a few items for me. The menu boards all had super interesting facts about gluten and autoimmune diseases as well, which I suffer from hashimotos so it was nice to relate.

So good. Worth the wait. Holindause sauce a little more butter flavored than I'm use too but still good. Loved the dairy free options including cupcakes.

A fantastic find for those in need of a gluten, dairy, and soy free meal. The portions are quite generous. The desserts are fantastic and the fact that everything is made in house and from scratch is truly amazing.

I'm not gluten-free, but my girlfriend is, so take that into consideration when you read this review. We had lunch here and also ordered some things to take with us. Our sandwiches were quite good, however don't come here if you're in a hurry as it took 20 minutes to get our food. Our take home items were a baguette and two muffins. The muffins were great but the baguette had a weird texture and aftertaste. My girlfriend loved the baguette since she hadn't haf one in years. All in all, i recommend this place if you are gluten-free.

Primarily offers healthy options and vegetarian options. Order at the counter. Seat yourself. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Takeout is available, too.

Here you'll find mostly locals. Some highlights of this place include the super fresh, healthy ingredients they use to prepare their food, a great selection of baked goods, and an impressive gluten-free dessert selection.

Busy times are usually mid-morning to afternoon. Can get crowded around lunch time. Popular place for breakfast, brunch and lunch.

Atmosphere is casual and laid back. Ambiance is uncomplicated and feels welcoming and warm. Great place for kids. Good place to have a healthy meal with your partner, family, or boss.

I have a new favorite place. Not a big fan of rosemary,but the bread was great on my bacon and egg panini. Fruit was fresh and the maple scone was amazing, though I had to save it for later. Lots of food, fair price, friendly staff and great tasting.

Great gluten and dairy free cakes. Yes plural. So many awesome choices. The coffee was really good also. Didn't have a chance to try the meals, but they smell amazing.

The most gluten-free friendly bakery I've seen... delicious. Sandwiches, deserts, drinks... yum. Friendly, casual, Internet, coffee, tea... yum! Great spot for lunch, whether you food allergies or not!
