Also, I wish to say thank you very much to the store manager for his courtesy and professionalism. For intervening and de-escalating a verbal confrontation between me and one of his employees who was working behind the counter at about 12:25 p.m. Saturday, Dec 9, 2017.

That young man was rude and had a very nasty attitude and would not listen to reason. He even ignored the fact that I had a receipt for the item that I was returning. But the store manager, not only listened to me; but quickly ascertained the gravity of the issue and remedied it with a most satisfactory solution. Solving that dilemma quite quickly.

I look forward to continuing to be a patron of this store for a very long time to come. Anyone who treats a customer as fairly as this man did me that day is truly a gentleman and a scholar. My sincere gratitude.

Sexist workers i was getting my coffee when i heard the employee tell 2 men its a free donut with coffee purchase so when i went to the register to pay he said nothing to me about that this has happened 2 times already i dont care about the stupid donut but why be sexist? I dont deserve the donut? It pisses me off i stopped going to that 711

This particular 7-11 has bad customer service. The tall guy who works during the early morning hrs. on Sunday has terrible manners. He is lazy as hell and is always on his cellphone. The old guy is like him too, but without the phone part. Luckily there's a closer 7-11 down the street, off of Indiana Ave., that best represents the 7-11 brand. I will go to that one from now on. I should also mention that they have gas stations at the Indiana Ave. location too.

I found myself in need of oral flavoring so I stopped into this convenience store for some delicious chewing gum. While in the process of selecting said chewing gum I noticed a middle eastern, Arab, Indian or some form of non native-American behind the counter. I was very frightened and feared for my safety. I was just about to yell for help (thinking I may be the victim of a terrorist attack/bombing).
I was astonished to find the young man could speak clear and concise English. He also smiled and was friendly! Wow, I am not as scared as I was on 9/11. I was able to get out of there with gum and my life. Very pleased

I went into the store and made a purchase with my card. The next morning I checked my account, they deducted the original amount plus an additional $20.
I had to have Chase cancel my card. I called the store, the manager said he had no idea how this could happen.
Do not trust this store.

Terrible customer service, I've been buying lottery tickets here, cashing in the winning tickets & the old man working here told me I can't scratch my lottery tickets in the store that I can only buy them and check them at home. He's needs to be fired! I'll never go back here again! I'll rather go to Stater bros! ✊🏼🤑

So, I swung by 7-Eleven in 7020 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92506, USA, and let's just say it was an adventure. The coffee was average at best, and the tables were wobblier than a Jenga tower on its last legs. Maybe bring your DIY toolkit next time?

7-Eleven is the ultimate coffee destination in 7020 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92506, USA. The perfectly frothed cappuccinos and welcoming staff create an inviting atmosphere that keeps me coming back. It's my happy place.
