So, I checked out 7-Eleven in 2985 Via Las Rosas, Oceanside, California 92054, and it was a rollercoaster ride. The mocha was top-notch, but the Wi-Fi was slower than a tortoise on a tea break. If you're here to work, better bring your patience and a good book.
