A quick stop at this convenience store turned into an inconvenience by another 7-11 staffed by an uninterested, inattentive, distracted clerk speaking very loud in a foreign language into a Bluetooth as he stocked a shelf and customers line up at at the register. After 4 of is were in line he came to ring us up and managed to convey his irritation at having his conversation interrupted to each and everyone of us. And to top it all off, you need to wait in line to ask for a key to the restroom that is located INSIDE the store. Why is it locked when unoccupied? Vandals, vandalizing the toilet while the employee of the month chats on his headset.
Bery clearly customer service is low on the priority list at this 7-11. If you come here looking for it, you'll be disappointed.

This was my local 7-Eleven. Gassed up. Nice store in a nice area. Always friendly people and employees.

7-Eleven at 1161 W Lugonia Ave, Redlands, CA 92374, USA was a pleasant surprise. The chai latte was a flavor explosion in my mouth, and the place had this rustic charm that was just lovely. The barista even threw in some latte art, which made me feel fancy. I'll be back to explore their menu further!

My visit to 7-Eleven left me with mixed feelings. The coffee was subpar, and the service was slow and unfriendly. I'm not sure if I'll give the 1161 W Lugonia Ave, Redlands, CA 92374, USA location another chance.

I was excited to try 7-Eleven, but it fell short of my expectations. The iced latte was bland, and the prices were steep for what they offered. I won't be returning anytime soon.

I stopped by 7-Eleven for a quick caffeine fix, but the long line and disorganized service made it anything but quick. I waited for what felt like an eternity to get a simple latte. They need to work on their efficiency if they want to keep customers coming back.
