A quick stop at this convenience store turned into an inconvenience by another 7-11 staffed by an uninterested, inattentive, distracted clerk speaking very loud in a foreign language into a Bluetooth as he stocked a shelf and customers line up at at the register. After 4 of is were in line he came to ring us up and managed to convey his irritation at having his conversation interrupted to each and everyone of us. And to top it all off, you need to wait in line to ask for a key to the restroom that is located INSIDE the store. Why is it locked when unoccupied? Vandals, vandalizing the toilet while the employee of the month chats on his headset.
Bery clearly customer service is low on the priority list at this 7-11. If you come here looking for it, you'll be disappointed.

This was my local 7-Eleven. Gassed up. Nice store in a nice area. Always friendly people and employees.

I had high hopes for 7-Eleven, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. The coffee was decent, but the pastries were underwhelming. I won't be recommending it.

The coffee at 7-Eleven was decent, but the staff at 1161 W Lugonia Ave, Redlands, CA 92374, USA could be more attentive. While I enjoyed the coffee itself, the service was lacking in terms of attentiveness. It's the small details that make a difference.

So, I tried out 7-Eleven in 1161 W Lugonia Ave, Redlands, CA 92374, USA, and let's just say it left me with mixed feelings. The caramel macchiato was on point, no doubt about that. But the seating? It felt like I was crammed into a closet with too many coffee addicts. Maybe they should invest in some bigger tables?

I stopped by 7-Eleven for a quick caffeine fix, but the long line and disorganized service made it anything but quick. I waited for what felt like an eternity to get a simple latte. They need to work on their efficiency if they want to keep customers coming back.
