A quick stop at this convenience store turned into an inconvenience by another 7-11 staffed by an uninterested, inattentive, distracted clerk speaking very loud in a foreign language into a Bluetooth as he stocked a shelf and customers line up at at the register. After 4 of is were in line he came to ring us up and managed to convey his irritation at having his conversation interrupted to each and everyone of us. And to top it all off, you need to wait in line to ask for a key to the restroom that is located INSIDE the store. Why is it locked when unoccupied? Vandals, vandalizing the toilet while the employee of the month chats on his headset.
Bery clearly customer service is low on the priority list at this 7-11. If you come here looking for it, you'll be disappointed.

This was my local 7-Eleven. Gassed up. Nice store in a nice area. Always friendly people and employees.

My recent visit to 7-Eleven was marred by a few shortcomings. The latte art was nonexistent, and my cappuccino was served lukewarm. I believe they have the potential to improve and provide a better coffee experience.

I had a rather underwhelming experience at 7-Eleven. The coffee was passable, but nothing to write home about. The cafe's interior was outdated, and it could use a refresh. Perhaps it was just an off day, but I expected more from a place with such high ratings.
