We went there for the first time last night, not knowing what to expect. The food was amazing! We tried the specials which change weekly. We had the frog legs, the beef stew and the rice cooked with shiitake and vegetables in a clay pot. It was all delicious. The owners/chefs Tin and Vi (sorry if I spelled your names wrong!) are so friendly. We will definitely be back and bring our friends and family.

We love every detail of this cozy cafe and it has a true cafe vibe just like cafes in Kyoto or up in Berkeley. This is a good date night special cafe and therefore we have tried their specials but sometimes stop by just for desert, tea or coffee. The coffee here is prepared very carefully.

My favorite dishes are the fish salad and also the tumeric/dill fish dish. These fish dishes are delicately prepared and beautifully presented. My wife and daughter like the curry.

Our favorite deserts are the Baum Kuchen+ tea but sometimes we go for the sesame filled mochi with ginger sauce.

This is my new favorite restaurant in Laguna! The food is AMAZING—all organic and super fresh—we loved the vibe, and the people are SO welcoming and nice! This is a must-try! Went there Friday and Sunday for dinner before going back home to the Bay Area...can’t wait for my next visit!

Such a hidden gem in Laguna Canyon! Cannot wait to come back...The coffee, food, and smiling faces have me energized for the rest of the weekend! Cars and coffee every 3rd Saturday morning is a MUST.

Outstanding! Had been intending to eat here weeks ago...finally made it in on New Years Eve. Spring rolls, "slaw" appetizer and chicken "oodle noodles" (Bun) were all amazing. Totally fresh, super healthy and super flavorful. This is a restaurant that could for sure become a "locals" favorite, but they will need great support from the community to make it from summer season to summer season. Hope all of our friends in Laguna will give it a try.

OMG! I've been wanting to try this and now that the festival crowds have died down it's the perfect place to pop in for a great meal. Delish! I highly recommend the turmeric fish and shrimp bon bons. Can't wait to go back and try more. I look forward to their cooking classes. A new favorite local place. :)

I stopped by on the way out of the Sawdust Festival on the recommendation of one of the vendors. So glad I did! I was flying solo and there was a long wait; but, they were so nice to me! The staff insisted on buying me a drink and then compt'ed my VERY DELICOUS coconut pudding. Fried spring rolls to start were spot on; and the daily special No 2: red curry with chicken was superb. I'll be back...

Had pulled pork over coconut rice with gravy and a fried egg on top, sort of a nice spin on a loco moco. Super tasty! So stoked there's a spot I can walk to from Gooch for a bite!

Drove by this past Friday and saw the sign saying they were open. This place is of the best kept secrets in Laguna Beach, since they had been open for three weeks already and I had heard nothing about them.

Anyway I decided to give it a try for lunch the next day, Saturday. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. I always audition any new Vietnamese restaurant by trying the Phở first as they should have that nailed if they even want to open. I went for the beef version at the server's recommendation.

For $9.95 it was a little small, or possibly just looked that way because the bowl was taller and narrower than most traditional Phở bowls I have experience in the past.

At any rate, the flavor was quite good and overall it was very filling. I would order it again.

Need to get back there soon and try some of their other dishes, all of which are under 10 bucks. That's a rarity in overpriced Laguna Beach.

Good place. Go check them out!

An absolute treasure! Superb cuisine that captures the subtlies of French Indo-Chinese motif and does so in an inventive and engaging style. The staff is friendly, polite and charming...making for a wonderful dining experience. Most highly recommended!
