The service at Aptos Coffee Roasting Company was excellent, but the coffee at 19 Rancho del Mar, Santa Cruz, California 95003 was just okay. I appreciated the attentive and friendly staff at Aptos Coffee Roasting Company, but I couldn't help but feel that the coffee itself didn't match up to the service quality.
