My recent visit to Arroba Cyber Cafe was rather disappointing. The coffee was served lukewarm, and the disinterested staff at the 10910 Long Beach Boulevard, Lynwood, CA 90262 location left much to be desired. I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.
