We had an amazing wedding cake made with blood oranges and berries. Our cake was pristine and the cake tasting was divine. Everyone is still raving about it a week after our wedding. I would highly recommend Babycakes to anyone in the area looking for great value, professionalism, and taste.

What a phenomenal first time experience. I ordered a marble (with fudge) cake with vanilla buttercream icing for a special occasion. The cake was super delicious and unbelievably beautiful. At first glance our guests did not believe it was an edible cake. There was not one crumb left.

This place is a great casual experience. It's easy to seat large groups and the staff are wonderful. Great tea selection and all your standard meals.

Been here a couple of times and overall it's a great place for dessert. The cupcakes aren't overly sweet, which makes it easy to eat the whole thing. First time at BabyCakes I had a blood orange cupcake, and it was perfect. I tried the peanut butter cupcake the second time and it was still good but a little dry. There are a few parking spots in the front, so be prepared to search for parking.

It was my birthday yesterday and my friends and I went to the September Birthday Bash. It was such a great time! From the ambience to their iced hazelnut mocha with almondmilk latte paired with a peanut butter cupcake to each and every one of the staff being very helpful, courteous and efficient, I was very impressed and satiated with how things unfolded. Plus, Madonna was bumpin' through the speakers! Thank you for putting on a great event!

Gourmet gorging just got a new name. A delicious array of cupcakes and baked goods is complemented by a wide selection of coffees and teas. A relaxed atmosphere and full bar, not to mention actual meals, makes this a place to go.

I'm always impressed with babycakes and have never had a bad experience here. Their cupcakes and other desserts are perfect because they're not overly sweet. I usually hate frosting on cupcakes because it's too sweet, but here their frosting is amazing because it's perfectly sweetened without ruining the flavor of the cupcake. And I can't forget their amazing coffee they have! Can't wait to keep on coming back for more desserts and coffee dates!

What a cool little place. I was taken here by a friend from Orange county who came to visit me. Gay friendly. Great coffee. And amazing cocktails. Oh and amazing cakes.

The food, environment, and staff are excellent! I come here for breakfast, coffee, or for drink. They are really connected with the community and create a nice space to network with others. Also, Baby Cakes did my wedding and they were on it! The taste and presentation were perfect. I highly recommend them!

The food was great but the atmosphere was even better. The employees are all super nice and talkative. It's nice to find a place that treats they're customers as friends.

Today I purchased 2 cupcakes from this place. The front rows looked amazing but when I made a selection they grabbed 2 from the very back, both looked different than the ones in the front. I asked if there was a difference between these and the ones in the front. I was told no and that they were just from a different Baker. Well I ate them about an hour late and they were both dry and stale tasting. It is obvious to me that they were both from the day before if not older. I'm on vacation here and I must say disappointing at the very least.

Cupcakes are it's signature , hence Babycakes. Menu is high end bar style,. But no gastroenterology pub. Great place to meet up for cocktails.
Excellent coffee and tea, with a comfy patio for people watching or to look busy on your laptop

This is sort of a must when we visit Hillcrest. The cupcakes are delicious and fancy. If you're craving chocolate with a little fruit I recommend the Black Bottom which is chocolate cake with a rich vanilla cream cheese and chocolate chip frosting/filling and a bit of raspberry in the center. My family is in love with the blood orange cupcake. But there's really no wrong way to go here. The bar is also good but the cupcakes really steal the show.
