I had a terrible experience at Backyard Brew. The coffee at 444 S California ave, Palo Alto, California 94306 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Backyard Brew managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
