It doesn't matter what you sell or how good your product is (it's excellent!), i have zero respect for lack of efficiency. The person taking the orders is also helping in the kitchen 50% of the time. The kitchen is understaffed. On an average line of 5 poeple you'll wait 25 mins for your bowl. On summer days you'll wait for 45 mins!
In addition, while the kitchen looks clean, the tables are always dirty and the place looks out dated and unmaintained.

I've had the pleasure of trying a few of the smoothies/protein shakes (Strawberry Warrior is one of my favorites) as well as about 4-5 different flavors of their freshly baked organic protein cookies (they even have vegan options!). Everything here is amazing!!

Stopped in for a classic Maui Sunrise, took 15 minutes for the people in the back to realize people were in line at the register. People in line left due to such a delay as well.

My wife and I stopped in the Laguna beach location to get a quick smoothie to walk with. The line had maybe 8-10 people ahead of us. 45 minutes later we finally got our order. Totally disorganized, understaffed, and slow customer service. The only reason I didn't give 1 star was because the smoothie and acai bowl were pretty decent. We waited 25 minutes just to place our order and they kept putting phone orders ahead of the customers who had been waiting in line so long. One employee looked as if he was going to take the order for the people in front of us, but instead said someone will be with you in a few minutes, I'm taking my break.
It's a great concept with a great selection just terribly run service!

Delicious and great customer service!! Takes a little for the food to be ready since it is made fresh! I would go there everyday if I could!! 😍

I've been coming here every trip to Lauguna for years. Great vegan fruit bowls with nut milks. Fast, great flavor, filling for hours.

Great acai bowls, pitaya bowls, and smoothies. The small size is perfect for one person, the large size is a bit too big so I would recommend sharing. The wait was very long and it seemed like there were no fans or AC.

This is bomb I love how everything if made from fresh ingredents. It is a little bit of a wait after ordering but well worth it.

Amazing acai bowls, however it is always busy on the weekends! The wait to order is about 20 minutes and then another 30 until you actually get your food. They are clearly employee deprived. I recommend ordering the small because they are so filling!!

This place has a cool beach vibe. Plan on waiting in line then waiting for your order. It's worth the wait. My favorite is the Bonzai Bowl. My husband and I usually share a large bowl. Too much for one person.
