EDIT: for the third time this place is out of ice and can only make hot drinks. I understand once in a while, but three days in a row? At that point you're just a bad business. Oh, and let people know before they wait in the line. How lazy can you be? Never again.

This place is great. A nice change from Starbucks. Only downside is there employees seem discombobulated most of the time and there's often a line to order and a line to get your drink. Partly from popularity, but also a result from the aforementioned employee confusion.

May very well be the best coffee I've ever had. Always busy with long lines, but so worth the wait. Love it!

Emily was incredibly helpful in helping to pick out a gift, even offering to grind the coffee for me, and I was satisfied overall with the level of care I received.

The experience at Better Buzz Coffee was unforgettable. The single-origin coffee I tried had a delightful complexity, and the serene setting made it even more special. I'll be back for more.
