So, I dropped by Bia Cafe at 19420 Highway 116, Monte Rio, CA 95462, and their cappuccino was a frothy delight with a perfect coffee-to-milk ratio. The café had a vintage, 1950s diner vibe with red leather booths and classic rock playing. It's a coffee time machine.
