Bia Cafe is a hidden gem in the heart of 19420 Highway 116, Monte Rio, CA 95462. The latte art here is out of this world, and the baristas are true artists. I highly recommend trying their caramel macchiato – it's a game-changer!

At Bia Cafe, located at 19420 Highway 116, Monte Rio, CA 95462, the coffee is consistently average. It's not the worst I've had, but it lacks that special something.
