Bia Cafe exceeded my expectations. The coffee at 19420 Highway 116, Monte Rio, CA 95462 was exquisite, and the decor was charming. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the quaint charm of Bia Cafe. The attention to detail in both the coffee and the ambiance made it a memorable experience.
